You never know what can go wrong, which could challenge your friends personally or professionally. I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism. He and his team spent so much time and energy helping me get the most $ for my property. I know my property wasn't even close to the price of a lot of the houses he sells, but I felt I got treated as if it was their most expensive house on the market. He and his team taught me about things I never knew about selling a house. My house had many things wrong with it, from mold, termite damage, and other things that needed work. Madison went through my house inch by inch and helped me either correct the issue or properly present the issue to the buyers (so there were no surprises.) He and his team never made me feel pressured in anything, the honesty meant the world to me. I lived in my house for 17 years, so it was hard to let go and make the transition. They helped make that transition easy and smooth. There were a bunch of obstacles to overcome with the sale of my house, but because of Madison's advice, the sale of my house went beyond smooth.
