Chit Chat Coffee & Matcha has officially made its way to Malibu, bringing the playful coffee and matcha menu it’s become known for around Los Angeles.

Hank’s Organic
East Malibu is getting a new neighborhood market.
Hank’s Organic is taking over the former Pacific Coast Greens space at 22601 Pacific Coast Highway, bringing fresh produce, prepared foods, a hot bar, juices, coffee and everyday grocery staples back to the corner.
For locals who remember stopping into Pacific Coast Greens, it’s especially nice to see the space getting a new life.

Wally’s Malibu
Wally’s has officially arrived in Malibu.
Wally’s Wine & Spirits is now open at Cross Creek Ranch, bringing its mix of wine, gourmet food, specialty market finds and dining to the coast.
If you’ve been to the Beverly Hills or Santa Monica locations, you know the idea. It’s part wine shop, part restaurant and part place to sit down for what was supposed to be a quick lunch.

Madhappy Malibu
Malibu officially has its own Madhappy.
The Los Angeles-born lifestyle brand opened at Cross Creek Ranch in spring 2026, bringing its colorful casual wear and California feel to Civic Center Way... it makes a lot of sense here.

Le Labo Malibu
The fragrance brand recently opened at Cross Creek Ranch, adding another stop to what is quickly becoming one of the easiest places in town to spend an afternoon.
Grab coffee, have lunch, smell approximately 14 candles you don’t need, leave with one anyway.

Clark’s Oyster Bar
Austin favorite Clark’s Oyster Bar made its Malibu debut at Cross Creek Ranch in late 2025.
The restaurant serves oysters, lobster rolls, steaks, martinis and plenty of seafood in a beautiful indoor-outdoor space.

Pura Vida Miami
Miami has officially made its way to Malibu.
Pura Vida Miami opened at Cross Creek Ranch with smoothies, bowls, salads, wraps, coffee and all-day breakfast.

The Sandwich Shop Malibu
Sometimes you just want a really good sandwich.

FRAME
Malibu’s shopping scene has been getting an upgrade too.
Los Angeles-based FRAME opened a boutique at Cross Creek Ranch, bringing its great denim and polished California style to the coast.

Velvet by Graham & Spencer
Velvet by Graham & Spencer has also joined the Cross Creek Ranch lineup.
The California brand is known for easy, understated pieces that fall somewhere between casual and dressed-up, which happens to be a pretty accurate description of the Malibu dress code.

NAGA LA
Over at Malibu Country Mart, NAGA LA is one of the newer boutiques to join the mix. Adding another fashion stop to Malibu’s unofficial town square.

Cherry LA
Cherry LA has also landed at Malibu Country Mart.
Known for its Southern California streetwear, the brand brings a younger, slightly edgier feel to the Country Mart’s retail lineup.It’s a nice contrast to some of the more traditional luxury brands in town and another sign that Malibu shopping is coming alive.

The Bunker
The Bunker, a local surf and skate shop, is now open at Malibu Country Mart.
Surf culture has always been part of Malibu, so it’s nice to see more businesses that actually reflect that side of the community.
A New Chapter for Malibu
Cross Creek Ranch is quickly becoming another central gathering spot, while places like Malibu Country Mart continue to bring in new stores without losing the familiar feel locals love.
